Accommodation & Facilities

Rooms

All student rooms are equipped with the following;

• Single bed including mattress protector and pillow (students supply own bedding)
• Washbasin
• Heating
• Desk and chair
• Wardrobe
• Shelving
• Individual telephone with voicemail service
• Internet access (with printers available in each wing)

Shared bathroom facilities are available on each residential floor. All rooms are cleaned on a weekly basis however the onus is on the residents to keep their rooms in good order.

Meals

All meals are served in the College Dining Room.

Breakfast, Lunch and weekend Dinners (Fri, Sat & Sun) are walk-through service and dinner, Monday - Thursday, is served as a seated meal where students are required to wear Academic gowns. Dinners on Tuesdays and Thursdays are ‘High Table’ dinners with music provided by students of the College and often include a guest speaker. Specific dietary needs are catered for including vegetarian and coeliac as requested.

Kitchenette

A kitchenette with hot drinks and a variety of snacks is available with 24 hour access for students.

JCR

The Junior Common Room (JCR) is the student lounge area that offers a comfortable space for students to relax, talk, listen to music, play pool and read the daily papers.

TV rooms

There are two TV rooms available for student use, the larger of which is equipped with a large plasma screen.

Laundry

There are two coin operated laundry facilities available for student use including front loading washing machines, dryers and ironing facilities. Washing lines are also available.

West Garden

The West Garden and Barbecue area offer students an enviable location for a range of activities including games and social activities as well as quiet spots in which to read, catch up with fellow students, enjoy the sun or study.
